Aster Design collaborates with renowned architects to select the most precise pieces, from custom furniture to a selection of exceptional pieces, according to the aesthetic of the interior renovation allowing the collection to be directly integrated into the residence.
Aster Design has the unique ability to source works from galleries and antique shops, flea markets, art fairs or directly from artists’ studios. We also commission « custom » pieces for your interiors.
About the founder
Justine Despretz

With ten years of experience in the international decorative arts and design market, Justine is a passionate entrepreneur who has worked in prestigious galleries such as Galleria O (Rome), SMO Gallery (Beirut), and Gate 5 (Rome and Monte Carlo).
She holds a Master’s degree in History and Business of the Art Market from the University of Warwick and wrote her thesis on the Italian design market (2014).
Founder of Aster Design, she now assists collectors and interior designers in sourcing vintage furniture.
In 2018, she launched the Italian design department at the auction house Artcurial, where she organizes two sales per year as a specialist in Italian design.
In 2022, she curated the exhibition Nanda Vigo, l’espace intérieur at Musée des Arts décoratifs et du Design de Bordeaux.
She is a contributor to FORMAE magazine and regularly leads conferences on 20th-century furniture and contemporary design.
